Leslie Penrod Harris
Beyond thrilled, this case I worked on is being told. I was approached by several different television programs to assist with producing the tragic story of Leslie Penrod Harris, kidnapped in 1976 from South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California, and found hours later at El Toro Marine Corps Base in Tustin, California. I chose Nancy Grace Bloodline Detectives, and glad I did. I know they will represent Leslie and how the case was solved in the most respectful, informative way. This adoption search story was solved by perseverance from a daughter’s journey to find her biological mother, who she was separated from by adoption, only for us to learn her mother had been murdered in 1976, and the case was never solved. Years ago, I created a page about Leslie’s life on Facebook in hopes of her case getting recognition and solved, and I kept hoping her story would be told. Got my wish. My Facebook page Justice for Leslie Harris — Murdered May 17, 1976 -Orange County, CAl, if you’d like to know more before the airing. Not sure which channel will air it, so you’ll have to search your television or internet provider. Her killer was awaiting trial, Eddie Lee Anderson, who then died in custody in Orange County as their first inmate covid death. #DNA #GeneticGenealogy #homicide #ocsheriff #nancygrace #bloodlinedetective #alleninv #808investigations #adoption #justiceforlesliepenrodharris #lesliepenrodharris
